Noble Steps CHI was established in 2018 with a vision to support at-risk youth and disenfranchised communities by way of financial literacy, career readiness, community development, social engagement, trauma relief and educational support. Our goal is to affect the divide in resources available to under-served populations. We have effectively created a supportive platform that is culturally responsive and empowering simply, because we believe in people.
